Lucia Liu is the Founder & CEO of Rock The Boat (www.gorocktheboat.com), a podcast and community organization focused on Asians who challenge the status quo. She has interviewed prominent guests such as Andrew Yang (Venture For America), Patrick Lee (founder of Rotten Tomatoes), Kevin Lin (Cofounder of Twitch and Gold House), Adele Lim (Crazy Rich Asians Screenwriter) and many more.

Prior to starting Rock The Boat, Lucia was Chief of Staff and VP of Business Development at two Series A startups where she built end-to-end channel, content, sales, and tech partnerships. She is on the advisory board of Firneo BD Community and currently advises multiple startups on partnerships, strategy, and marketing.

In her former life, she founded her own Chocolate brand Lululosophy with clients such as Park Hyatt, Mercedes Benz Lounge, American Express Centurion Lounges, Smorgasburg etc. Lucia started her career as a Marketing Analyst and then Product Manager at American Express.

Lucia holds a degree in Marketing and Communications from the University of Pennsylvania.
